Fujicco campaign entry data possibly leaked (about 15,500 entries): names, addresses, family details, and what entrants should do
On October 22, 2026, Fujicco Co., Ltd., a Japanese food maker known for its Caspian Sea Yogurt and kelp products, announced that a server of the company it contracts to handle campaign entries had been accessed without authorization by an outside party, and that entrants' personal data may have leaked. The access was found on October 21 and the server was promptly shut down. The data covers personal information entered in the non-member entry forms of two campaigns run since May 2026: the Caspian Sea Yogurt series 'Motto! Toro-mocchi Campaign Part 2' and the 'Fujicco Thanksgiving Festival Campaign'. There are about 15,500 entries in total, including repeated entries by the same person. The items are name, age, gender, occupation, marital status, family composition, phone number, email address, address and survey answers. Driver's licences, credit cards and bank account numbers are not included. Entries made as a Fujicoin member, by postcard or on X are not affected. No publication or misuse has been confirmed, but the company is treating the data as obtained by a third party. This site's conclusion: people who entered through the affected forms should not pay shipping or handling fees, resubmit receipts or re-enter personal details when asked, and should check with the campaign office on the number in the official notice.
