Asoview! Member Data Breach (15,821,184 Records): Names, Phone Numbers and Ticket Purchase Details Leaked via an Email-Delivery Vendor, and What Members Should Do

Asoview Inc. announced on November 3, 2026 that part of the member data of its leisure booking service Asoview! leaked after a third party gained unauthorized access to the service of the vendor it used to send email. The company says the cause lies in the vendor's service, not in its own systems. The figure is 15,821,184 records. The items are email address, member ID and number, name, gender, date of birth, registration date, last login date, phone number, postal code, area of residence, ticket purchase date and time, ticket type, quantity, facility used, date of use, number of participants, whether the booking was cancelled, and others. Passwords and credit card information were not entrusted to the vendor and are not included, the company says. Which members the leaked email addresses belong to has not been identified; the vendor is investigating. The vendor reported to the company on November 2, and the same day the company stopped all email sent through that service and invalidated its credentials. No harm from misuse had been confirmed at the time of the notice. Affected members are to be contacted individually. Our conclusion: do not open links in messages claiming to be Asoview! about refunds, cancellations, prize wins or identity checks, and check the booking in the official app or site that you open yourself.
