Memory flaw (CWE-119, CVSS v4.0 8.7) in NetScaler ADC/Gateway configured as a SAML SP or IdP. The vendor classes it as unauthenticated denial of service and has seen targeted attacks on unpatched systems; CISA added it to KEV on 4 October. This site's view: appliances patched for 88771/88772 in late September need another update, and anything patched late for those should be checked for intrusion.
